Who we are

We are the controller of the personal data described below, and you can reach a person on either channel above.

Why you are reading this

You are probably here because we emailed you, and the email linked to this page.

We contacted you because your business is publicly listed as operating in the UAE real-estate sector — on Google Maps, or in the Dubai Land Department's public broker registry. We built a sample website for your business and wrote to show it to you.

We did not buy your details from anyone, and we did not get them from a data broker.

What we hold

Only what your business already publishes:

• business name and address
• publicly listed phone number
• publicly listed email address
• Instagram handle, where one is published
• public Google Maps rating and review count
• your website address and a note of whether it is current
• where it applies, your office registration number and public transaction count

from the Dubai Land Department registry

We do not collect or hold identity documents, dates of birth, financial details, or any special category of personal data. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels in our emails.

Why we may hold it — our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the Personal Data Protection Law): our interest in offering a relevant service to a business that has published its contact details in order to be contacted.

We carried out a written balancing assessment before contacting anyone. You can ask us for a summary of it using the contact details above.

What we do with it

• Build one sample website for your business, and show it to you.
• Send you one email about it.
• Where you have published them, we may also send one WhatsApp or Instagram

message. These are sent by hand, by a person, not by an automated system.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not run automated follow-up sequences. We do not profile you, and no decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you automatically.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

Our own tooling (Google Workspace and Cloudflare) processes data on our behalf as service providers, under their own terms.

Where it is processed

Your data is processed by us in India, and stored using Google's services.

If you would prefer your data not to be processed outside the UAE, tell us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to stop, or twelve months after we last contacted you — whichever comes first. If you opt out, we keep the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again, and nothing else.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct anything wrong
• delete it
• stop contacting you
• stop or restrict our processing, or object to it
• give you a copy in a portable format

How to make us stop, immediately

Reply STOP to any message, email worksbyshreyas.1@gmail.com with STOP in the subject, or send STOP on WhatsApp to +91 82969 88374.

We will remove you from every future run and delete any sample site we built for you. This is permanent — we keep a suppression record specifically so that a later search cannot find you again.

The sample website we built

If we built a demo site for your business:

• it is clearly marked as a demo
• it uses only your publicly listed business details
• it contains no regulatory or permit numbers unless they came from the

public DLD registry — we never invent one

• it is not indexed for search, and it is deleted on request

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
